The Role We are seeking an experienced and visionary Social Media Lead to cover a maternity leave and accelerate the growth of Royal Copenhagen’s global social media presence. This is a unique opportunity to own and evolve Royal Copenhagen’s social media strategy. You will drive both top-line creativity and bottom-line results by facilitating magnetic content, steering cross-market alignment, and guiding media investment across the funnel. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations of Royal Copenhagen’s global social media presence (primarily IG + TikTok) Develop and execute platform-native content and campaign calendars that balance brand storytelling and performance together with peers in the Brand Marketing Team Work closely with peers in the Brand Marketing Team to translate seasonal priorities and brand world themes into culturally relevant social expressions Guide local markets on social media strategy and use Define and report on clear KPIs across awareness, engagement, traffic, and follower growth Collaborate with performance marketing to optimize content through insights and testing Identify and manage creators and cultural collaborators who align with the brand’s craftsmanship and design heritage What You Bring 5+ years of social media experience with premium or lifestyle brands, ideally global in scope Deep platform knowledge (especially TikTok and Instagram) and instinct for trend participation A sharp mix of creative vision and analytical rigor; you think in formats and funnels Comfort with owning both strategy and execution – from planning to posting Confidence managing agency partners and/or internal content teams About Royal Copenhagen Founded in 1775, Royal Copenhagen is synonymous with Danish design heritage, refined handcraft, and enduring beauty.
