ABOUT THE ROLE You will be responsible for designing a wide range of marketing collateral for our brands, and handling creative requests from various departments within the organisation, including marketing. You will report to the Marketing Project & Program Manager, within the Marketing department managed by the eSkilled Head of Marketing. You will work closely with a Multimedia Designer and other colleagues within, and outside, the Marketing team. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Create engaging marketing collateral (e.g. brochures, website banners and graphics, digital and print advertisements, product catalogues, social media graphics, cover photos, blog images etc.) to support marketing campaigns & monthly sales cycles Liaise with marketing and other teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective visual concepts. Research graphic design trends and industry best practices, to proactively suggest innovative new ideas to leadership Ensure all designs align to our branding Develop webpage mockups in partnership with the Web & UX team, that maximise conversions and provide a great user experience Check that assets are optimised for different platforms (print, social, web, email) and meet technical specifications. Prepare final artwork files for print production and digital use, ensuring correct formats, colour modes, and resolutions. Prioritise and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing urgent requests with long-term campaigns. Track progress and update stakeholders proactively on project status. Basic motion graphics or GIF creation for social media and web (since these are common asks now). Support teams outside of Marketing with their marketing requests (e.g. product covers, recruitment ads, graphics for e-learning) Maintain our asset library with clear file names and properly categorised, including archives ESSENTIAL – you must possess these skills Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong conceptual & creative skills, great aesthetics with a solid portfolio of work Ability to understand complex briefings & translate them into high quality work Working knowledge of exporting graphics for the web DESIRABLE – bonus if you possess these skills Experience with rebranding projects Experience in creating brand style guides for different channels (web, email, print, etc.) KPI – your performance will be based on Consisten t quality of work Finish tasks within the set deadline Completing tasks within reasonable timeframes When applying, please make sure to include: References Links to your portfolio or provide samples of your previous projects WHATS IN IT FOR YOU?
