The Position At Showpo, our Graphic Designers play a key role in bringing the brand to life across every touchpoint. They create visually compelling designs that capture our brand identity and connect with our community - from digital assets for social media, email marketing, and our website, to print collateral and event creative. Working closely with the Brand and Creative teams, they balance creativity with strategy, ensuring every design is on-brand, impactful, and supports business goals. A Graphic Designer at Showpo thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves experimenting with fresh ideas, and helps make our brand stand out to our customer. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in this 12 month FTC role Day To Day, You Will : Use the principles of design and think creatively to develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts that maximise revenue and/or conversions, meeting business objectives. Prepare drafts and pitch ideas to the team, deliver on those ideas and be prepared to rework creative output wherever required. Suggest and own strategies and concepts that deliver a clear message to our target audience. Concept strong & commercial creative ideas aligned with creative briefs & brand guidelines. Select colours, images, text style, and layout in accordance with our branding guidelines. Design and produce material weekly for EDMs, e-commerce website, social media platforms & digital ads, from concept to delivery, that position the company as fashionably fun and aspirational. Maintain consistency of brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring designs align with Showpo's tone and style. Provide input on design direction and contribute fresh ideas to keep Showpo's creative output innovative and on-trend. Who Are You? 4+ years working in Graphic Design Qualification in Graphic Design or similar Creative flair, versatility, conceptual / visual ability and originality Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas Experience with sending things to print Solid understanding of copyright and industry standards on graphic and image use The ability to identify with the Showpo girl - her interests, needs, wants etc Ability to edit, retouch & resize images with speed & accuracy Advanced knowledge of Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Premiere Pro Video Editing Skills to assist Social What'S In It For You? 50% staff discount, monthly staff sample sales, dog‑friendly office, plus discounts at places such as Peaches Pilates studios and the cinema Showpo paid 24/7 GP access through our Updoc employee healthcare benefit (Including prescriptions and referrals sent straight to your phone) Enjoy financial advice and discounts through our Commbank Workplace Banking Program.
