North Metropolitan TAFE are seeking to establish an open recruitment pool . This pool will be used to appoint suitable applicants as vacancies arise, which may include full-time, part-time, permanent or fixed-term vacancies, with the possibility of further extension and/or permanency. If you're not successful, you can request feedback and can reapply in the future. About the role We are currently looking for candidates with skills and expertise in Electrical trades to plan, develop, and deliver high-quality training and assessments to students in this field. Aligning with relevant curriculum and training package requirements, as a Lecturer, your primary responsibilities will include; Teaching Facilitating learning Assessing student progress Additionally, you will engage in professional activities and delivery-related tasks to ensure excellence in education. To maintain the highest standards, Lecturers are expected to stay current with the latest technological advancements and industry trends through ongoing professional development. This enables you to offer up-to-date insights and guidance to both the College and the industry when needed. You are still eligible to apply if you do not yet hold these credentials but we may require you to obtain the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 prior to appointment, irrespective of holding other adult education qualifications.
