Location: Melbourne (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Role Type: Contract / Permanent About CloudMarc CloudMarc is a technology consultancy specialising in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, and enterprise delivery. We partner with tier-1 organisations to deliver complex transformation programs across ERP, cloud, and digital platforms. The Role We are looking for an experienced SAP Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing across a large-scale SAP program. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on test management capability, and proven experience working in complex, multi-vendor enterprise environments. You will be responsible for shaping the test strategy, managing delivery across multiple test phases, and working closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities Own and deliver the overall SAP test strategy Manage System Testing (ST), System Integration Testing (SIT), and UAT Lead test planning, estimation, scheduling, and resourcing Coordinate testing across multiple vendors and workstreams Oversee defect management, triage, and reporting Provide clear test status reporting to senior stakeholders Ensure quality governance and adherence to delivery standards Support UAT planning and execution with business users Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Test Manager on SAP programs Strong background in ST, SIT, and UAT Experience with SAP modules (e.g. S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, HR, or related) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments Comfortable working in Waterfall and hybrid Agile delivery models Nice to Have SAP S/4HANA transformation experience Experience with test management tools (e.g. ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps) Consulting or systems integrator background Work Arrangement Hybrid role – 3 days onsite in Melbourne Collaborative, delivery-focused environment Why CloudMarc?
