Sales Support Operator/Merchandiser - Brisbane Job Details Location: Brisbane, Queensland, AustraliaTravel Required: NoPosting Start Date: 10/9/25Job Number: Job Summary Colgate-Palmolive, a global consumer products leader, seeks an energetic and results‑oriented Casual Sales Support Operator/Merchandiser to serve Woolworths, Coles, Big W and Chemist Warehouse stores in the South Brisbane – Mount Gravatt – Sunnybank – Rochedale area. This role is flexible, primarily Wednesday to Friday, and prefers candidates residing within or close to the territory. Responsibilities Ensure optimal distribution and presentation of Colgate products at store level. Build understanding of the consumer goods industry. Provide accurate and prompt feedback to Head Office regarding territory activity. Qualifications Highly motivated and proactive. Extremely organized with exceptional communication skills. Holder of an Australian driver’s licence and full Australian working rights. Access to own vehicle. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $ – $ USD (determined by experience, qualifications, and location). Payroll staff may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit‑sharing, and executive‑level incentives. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, minimum 15 vacation/PTO days for salaried employees (120 hours for hourly), 13 paid holidays, and paid sick leave per local laws.
