As we want to continue growing, we hope to find, as soon as possible, for the following position in our subsidiary in Australia:Role Purpose:Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager of Australia & NZ, the successful person will play a pivotal role in supporting customers, agents, and our dynamic sales team, consisting of Account Managers and Technical Sales Specialists in the Process Automation department.Major Accountabilities:Provide technical quotations, preliminary designs (drawings) to demonstrate the solutions to the customerProvide delivery schedules, order entry and assisting with inquires over the phone (customer calls) and through emailEngage with customers to understand their specific requirements and offer suitable solutionsCollaborate with various teams, such as but not limited to the Engineering, Finance, Procurement and Logistics functionsUtilize various tools such as the companies MRP system (MOVEX/M3) for Order Entry and Manufacturing Scheduling, EDM (Document Management), AutoCAD, CRM (Siebel) and Microsoft OfficeRole Requirements:Degree/Diploma in Electrical engineering or its equivalentExpertise in utilizing engineering drawing package, preferably AutoCadKnowledge of power distribution and motor control will be highly regardedPossess professional work ethic and able to work in a fast-paced environment, where good and timely communication with customers is of paramount importanceKnowledge and exposure to various MRP and CRM software as well as Microsoft OfficeThen we would like to meet you.
