HR Officer / HR Generalist – Mining Industry (6-Month Contract | Perth CBD) About the Role This is a hands‑on HR generalist role focused on HR operations, compliance, and policy development. You'll work closely with managers to review and enhance HR processes, ensuring alignment with legislation and best practice. Key Responsibilities Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation. Maintain accurate employee records and HR compliance. Support employee relations, performance management, and investigations. Provide guidance on awards, Fair Work compliance, and HR legislation. Assist with HR reporting, audits, and workforce planning activities. Contribute to building a positive and consistent HR framework across the business. About You Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 3+ years' experience in a HR Officer / HR Generalist role. Strong understanding of Fair Work Act, compliance, and HR policy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident working independently and providing HR advice to managers.
