Arkhefield is growing.We have a strong pipeline of projects underpinned by the delivery of much needed housing, mixed use and public realm projects. Our practice is design driven and technically proficient. We are seeking an experienced Graduate of Architecture who wants to work collaboratively in a considerate, inclusive team. Our workflow is supported by the Revit software platform, so proficiency is critical for success in this role You need to have a passion for good design and a positive attitude Together we need to enjoy working as a team in a supportive culture. What You’ll Do: Work closely supporting a Project Leader to deliver architectural projects, across all stages from design to completion Contributing to architectural documentation, ensuring alignment with design intent, project requirements, Arkhefield’s Quality Process Support the Project Leader in consultant coordination Cultivate a collaborative environment that fosters creativity, continuous improvement, and efficient project delivery that maintains design excellence What You’ll Bring: Upwards of 3 years post Masters experience, delivering successful projects in residential, commercial, and/ or mixed-use sectors Local experience high regarded Proven experience working in a project teams A high level of proficiency in Revit including the coordination of documentation Collaboration with consultant teams to build and deliver integrated models and outcomes Strong ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve outcomes Communication skills and an ability to engage stakeholders effectively A proactive, diligent, solutions-oriented mindset focused on delivering excellence Why Arkhefield?
