We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Senior/ Advanced/ or Master Hairstylist to join our Sunshine Coast salon. Base pay rate is calculated on level of experience. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 4 years experience in a salon setting. (Minimum 1 year qualified). Certificate III in Hairdressing (or equivalent). Proficient and confident in all aspects of hairdressing (colouring, cutting, and styling). Tasks & Responsibilities: Perform as a dual operator (Colour, cutting, and styling). Eager to learn the Omorfia way and expand skills in specialised services, including blondes and balayage. Assist in supervising and mentoring emerging stylists . General cleaning and housekeeping duties. Stock control. Perform safety and hygiene practices. Administrative tasks as required by your manager. Track and meet personal KPIs . Up-sell and cross-sell products and services. Thrive in a fast-paced environment .
