About the role We are excited to offer one fulltime permanent Driver position within our team at our Smithfield Distribution Centre. This position is rostered for 8:24 AM to 4:30 PM. Join our dynamic team and play a vital role in our efficient operations Responsibilities Responsible for the safe delivery of automotive parts to our customers. Manage daily workload and route to meet customers' delivery deadlines. Effectively and safely deliver automotive parts, manage pick-ups, and process credits. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients. About you, skills and experience We are looking for someone with the right attitude and the ability to be adaptable, think on your feet, communicate efficiently, and work well within a team. Have previous customer service experience, and enjoy building on these relationships. Have previous experience with driving long‑wheel based vehicles. Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature). Hold a Class "C" driver's licence and a good safety record. Are safety aware and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment for themselves, team‑mates and customers when completing deliveries. Ability to drive a manual vehicle (desirable).
