JOB DESCRIPTION The country manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow Ipsotek's market share in Australia and New Zealand. This includes managing key accounts, driving new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identifying opportunities through customer / channel meetings, shows, and networking. Presenting and demonstrating Ipsotek products and solutions to customers / partners / channels. Managing opportunities from first contact to completing the sale. Analysis of project requirements, generation of response to RFIs / RFPs. Generating commercial proposals and presenting them to customers / partners / channels. Technical consulting on prospective opportunities with the Presales team. Building relationships with end customers, partners, channels, and consultants. Creating sales forecasts (within CRM) and working to achieve sales targets. REQUIRED SKILLS 10 years' experience in Software Sales (both CAPEX and OPEX models), Consultancy, or similar client-facing sales roles is mandatory. Strong technical background / ability to articulate complex technical solutions both in detail to technical customers as well as at a high level for business customers. Must be comfortable in presenting, speaking, and delivering consultancy / training workshops. Experience with long-cycle, consultative sales processes involving multiple stakeholders (IT, Security, Legal, C-suite). Proven track record of pipeline development across multiple industries. Good problem-solving skills. Proficient in English language – Spoken and written. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently. MS Office proficiency especially Word, Excel, Power Point. DESIRED SKILLS Understanding of AI-driven surveillance solutions (e.g., Computer Vision, Facial Recognition, Video Analytics). Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and compliance in surveillance tech. Knowledge of system integration with VMS, PSIM, Telco, and Hyperscaler / Cloud infrastructure. Knowledge of typical system architectures deployed in surveillance (bare metal, hypervisors, VM clusters, containers, etc.). CONDITIONS First-Class university degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics). Working hours 9am to 5 : 30pm.
