Landscape Tradesperson

WEM has a rewarding opportunity for a Landscape Tradesperson to join the team. We have a strong portfolio of work with multiple projects underway across Sydney's Northwest and Southwest. This role requires travel to job sites across the area. Key Responsibilities: Installation of hardscape structures, including pavement sub-bases, concrete, stone features, shelters, street furniture, fitness equipment, irrigation systems, and playground installation including surface finishes and feature elements Installation of softscape elements including streetscape, industrial gardens basins, riparian corridors, and turf preparation. Assist the Team Leader with the management of machinery and landscape preparation Operate small plant and equipment to execute tasks efficiently and to the highest standard. Ensure worksites are clean, organised, and operating smoothly Strictly follow safety regulations and statutory requirements, including Local Council and EPA guidelines. Lead and mentor Landscape Labourers and Apprentices, sharing expertise and fostering a skilled, motivated team.
