Norwest Prosthodontics & Implantology is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator to join our busy, growing dental practice in Norwest, NSW . This full-time role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our dental clinic. What you’ll be doing Welcoming and greeting patients in a friendly and professional manner Scheduling and managing patient appointments efficiently Handling patient inquiries and coordinating with the dental team Maintaining accurate patient records and managing patient information Processing payments, invoices and insurance claims Ordering and managing dental supplies and inventory Providing general administrative support to the dental team What we’re looking for Minimum 2 years’ experience in a dental or medical reception role Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities Proficient in using dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Understanding of dental procedures and terminology Ability to work well in a team and independently A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude What we offer Competitive remuneration Opportunities for professional development A range of employee benefits to support your well-being About us Norwest Prosthodontics is a leading dental practice specialising in advanced prosthodontic treatments.
