What we are looking for: An experienced Retail Manager with the confidence and capability to run a high‑performing store. A proven ability to exceed personal and store sales targets and KPIs. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach your team to shine. A passion for product presentation, merchandising and stock replenishment in a fast‑paced sales environment. What you will be doing: Leading and inspiring your team to hit every target and sparkle in their roles. Setting the standard by creating exceptional, memorable customer moments while achieving your own sales goals. Recruiting, training and developing Team Members into confident, high‑performing sales assistants. Maintaining high standards in stock care, management and shrinkage control. Merchandising with precision to showcase our beautiful jewellery and watch ranges in line with promotional guidelines. Managing day‑to‑day operations including stock replenishment, ticketing, customer repairs, housekeeping and key retail administration tasks. Why shine with us?
