Lead Our New OSHC Service as Coordinator Catholic Early EdCare – Sydney Southern Suburbs NSW Catholic Early EdCare is excited to launch a brand-new Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service at St Bonaventure’s College, Flagstone , opening Term 1, 2026 for up to 60 children . We’re looking for a qualified and experienced educator to take the helm as Coordinator , leading a team of around five educators in providing before- and after-school care. This is a permanent, part-time role of 35 hours per week, term-time only. While our purpose-built OSHC facilities are being completed, the service will operate from a temporary onsite location within the school grounds. Ready to shape something new and make a real impact? Apply today and help us build an outstanding OSHC experience from the ground up Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operation of our Before and After School Care ensuring a safe and enriching environment. Lead a dedicated team of educators, inspiring and supporting them to bring out their best. Develop and implement innovative, play‑based programs that cater to our children's interests and needs. Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community, fostering a sense of belonging. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of care and safety. Job Requirements Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines. Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis. Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor. Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place. Previous childcare service management experience. Proficient with childcare management software (Xplor preferred). Demonstrated leadership skills for team development.
