As a Senior Consultant/Associate Director, you'll lead end-to-end quantitative and mixed-methods research projects that make a real difference to clients and their customers. You'll collaborate closely with strategists, cultural analysts, qual researchers, and data scientists, curating stories that go beyond the numbers. You'll: Shape project design, analysis, and strategic insight Partner with clients to solve brand and marketing problems Craft compelling narratives from complex datasets Integrate cultural and qualitative insights into your work Lead and mentor junior team members. This role is perfect for someone ready to step into a more senior, client-facing strategic position, while remaining hands-on in their craft. What You'll Bring: 4+ years in quantitative research, ideally agency-side A background in marketing, behavioural science, or psychology is a plus Expertise in analysis, data storytelling, and mixed-methods design Confidence leading client relationships and influencing outcomes A passion for curiosity, culture, and the future of research.
