Head of Strategy, Insights & Data Science Lead a multidisciplinary team connecting strategy, insights, and data science to drive business impact. Partner with senior leaders to embed data-driven decision-making across the organisation. Shape and deliver high-value analytical initiatives that influence strategic direction and growth. Reporting to the Chief Data & Analytics Officer, the Head of Strategy, Insights & Data Science will lead a talented, multi‑disciplinary team that bridges strategic thinking with analytical execution. This role is pivotal in rebuilding & shaping the function connecting data science, market intelligence & strategic insight to drive measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will partner with senior stakeholders to influence strategic direction, lead high‑impact projects & ensure analytics are not just produced but adopted & embedded as part of everyday decision‑making. The scope combines hands‑on delivery with leadership, influence & the opportunity to shape how data is used to inform the organisation’s next stage of growth. This is a rare opportunity for a commercially minded leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics & business performance. You will come from strategy consulting or corporate strategy in a data‑focused leadership role, with a proven ability to translate complex analytical work into actionable insight & value.
