LCB Civil Pty Ltd is a locally owned and operated Civil Construction and Quarrying company based in Bundaberg, QLD. We are seeking an experienced Final Trim Grader Operator to join our team in 2026. Requirements of the role Proven experience as a Final Trim Grader Operator in the civil construction industry Proven experience in Road Construction, Stabilising Projects, and Subdivision works Experience using Trimble GPS and UTS for final trim and level control Ability to undertake basic maintenance, daily checks and fuelling tasks Current RII tickets and White Card Valid QLD manual driver licence (HR truck licence advantageous but not essential) Roles, responsibilities and role details Operate grader and associated mobile plant across the company’s various projects Achieve final trim tolerances to specification and project requirements Read and interpret construction drawings, set‑outs and levels Complete daily greasing, fuelling and pre‑start checks on machinery Report to the Project Manager and work collaboratively with site supervisors and crews Role is based predominantly in Bundaberg, QLD, with occasional work at other locations as required These roles are full‑time, with an attractive remuneration package negotiated based on experience and expertise.
