Role DescriptionInterpreting, planning, coordinating and administering construction engineering activities in line with the project documentation.Assisting the Senior Project Director/ Engineer in preparing accurate monthly reports.Demonstrate financial management skills and commercial acumen when making decisions.Active management and liaising with site-based personnel, subcontractors and stakeholders.Developing and monitoring KPI and productivity analysis against program and budget.Managing the short and long term construction planning for works under control including submitting, start-up planning and programming.Actively and positively liaising with project teams including sub-contractors & suppliers.Development of SHEQ process and procedures and management of others in conducting SHEQ process and procedures.Applying engineering principles to comply with scope of works and technical criteria (SWTC).Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and all relevant Company and Group policies and processes.Mandatory ExperienceRecognised Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management.Previous experience working on large scale infrastructure projects.Proven commercial experience in forecasting and budget management, EOM Process and cost tracking skills.Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree - or equivalent which is assessed and accepted by Engineers Australia will be highly regarded.Current holder of a C-Class driver's licence and White Card.Critical Note: Unfortunately, overseas candidates without this Mandatory Experience are unable to be considered.
