Digital Marketing Coordinator

Keysborough, Victoria, Australia About the Role Reporting to the General Manager, you'll coordinate marketing campaigns across digital channels, manage our Shopify site, and keep everything running smoothly. This is a hands‑on execution role where you'll work with our Graphic Designer, Sales, Purchasing teams, and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time. You need to be organised, platform‑savvy, and comfortable working independently. What You'll Be Doing Campaign Coordination Execute campaigns across email, social, and web Brief our Graphic Designer and review creative assets Schedule and publish content aligned with the marketing calendar Coordinate product launches with purchasing and sales teams Manage B2B campaigns and automated email flows via Klaviyo Platform Management Maintain product content, banners, and promotions on Shopify Update landing pages and category pages Manage customer lists and segments in Odoo CRM Track campaign performance using GA4 and Google Data Studio Coordinate with external agencies on briefs and updates Social Media Execute organic content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook Maintain content calendar aligned to sales and seasonal events Monitor engagement and report monthly Project Coordination Track campaign deadlines and ensure timely delivery Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners Support weekly team meetings and action tracking CMS: Shopify Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Google Data Studio Advertising: Google Ads, Meta Ads What We're Looking For Must Have 2‑4 years in a digital marketing coordination role Strong project coordination and ability to manage multiple priorities Experience with CMS platforms (Shopify preferred, similar platforms considered) Hands‑on experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp, or similar) Comfortable working with CRM systems and customer data Ability to make basic edits in Adobe Creative Suite (resizing, text updates, simple layouts) High attention to detail and strong written communication Ability to work independently Bonus Points Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills for creating original assets B2B or wholesale marketing experience Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4 Experience with Odoo or similar ERP/CRM systems SEO knowledge Why Join Enforcer Group?
