National Sales Manager - Mandarin Speaking YTO Express 圆通速递 is one of China’s leading logistics and express delivery companies (A-share , HK-share 6123.HK), with a global network covering over 150 countries. As part of our international expansion, YTO Express Australia is building a self-owned last-mile delivery network and modern logistics infrastructure across major Australian cities, supporting leading e-commerce platforms. We are now seeking an experienced and dynamic National Sales Manager to join our growing Australian team. This role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and shaping the future of our logistics operations in Australia. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to acquire new national accounts and drive business growth Manage and grow existing customer relationships to achieve revenue and profit targets Build strong partnerships with e-commerce and freight industry leaders Contribute to the development of national sales strategies and execution plans Ensure customer satisfaction while delivering commercial and operational excellence Lead by example in fostering a high-performance, customer-first sales culture Your Profile Proven B2B sales experience in freight, logistics, or supply chain is a must Strong background in account management and new business development Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to engage and influence decision makers at all levels Strong organisational and time management skills Experience with e-commerce logistics is highly regarded Having rights to work in Australia Why Join YTO Express Australia?
