The Senior Client Service Officer is responsible for supporting the integrity, efficiency, and compliance of servicing operations within the Custody business by applying subject matter expertise and driving continuous improvement. The Senior Client Service Officer plays a pivotal role in monitoring and managing own tasks across the safeguarding client assets, meeting service deliverables and upholding the firm’s risk and regulatory standards.**Key Responsibilities*** Provide overall support across portfolios within the Custody business, providing mentoring and subject matter expertise across transactions and enquiries.* Oversee management of shared inboxes, ensuring all emails are handled within a timely manner.* When requested, ensure all servicing activities comply with internal policies, risk standards, and regulatory requirements.* Conduct asset reconciliations across sub-custody appointments.* Action ASIC and Receivers/Administrator/liquidation notices related to the business.* Oversee the PPSA inbox and provide transactional support.* Manage relevant internal teams over terminate appointments and ensure completion of termination checklists.* Assist across the broader Custody business, supporting other portfolios and/or tasks within the team.* Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to efficiency initiatives.* Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to strategy and efficiency initiatives.* Support internal and external audits by assisting with any testing and providing required data and reports.**About you*** Experience in the Australian custody market is highly desirable* 2+ years of experience in financial services in a similar role* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Strong organisational and time management abilities* High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.We love hearing from people who are inspired to shape the future with us.
