As we continue to grow our Gold Coast Distillery Bar & Tourism Experience, we’re looking for a Front of House Manager who can bring energy, leadership and heart to the venue. What You’ll Lead Deliver exceptional guest experiences from first greeting to final goodbye Host distillery tours and share the Granddad Jack’s story with confidence Manage FOH operations, staff, workflow and service standards Hire, train and inspire a passionate team Support sales performance, tourism growth and marketing initiatives Maintain compliance, stock control and venue standards Represent the brand with authenticity, passion and professionalism What You Bring 5+ years venue management experience (multi‑venue preferred) Leadership instincts and the ability to build high‑performing teams Strong public speaking and hosting confidence Excellent customer service and problem‑solving skills Experience with rostering, hiring, compliance and budgeting Passion for craft spirits, tourism and premium hospitality Drive to continually improve systems, performance and profitability What’s On Offer $200 monthly product allowance Full‑time, Tuesday & Wednesday off Miami, Gold Coast A chance to help grow a world‑class Australian spirits & tourism experience Apply to: Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Management and Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
