You will be part of a multidisciplinaryteam and have the opportunity to develop broad clinical andprofessional skills. The Job Description Form (attached) providesa full statement of duties. Further information about thisposition This is an open-ended Recruitment Pool forPermanent Full Time/Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time/Part Time, andCasual appointments. This includes the possibility of extension(s)and/or permanency. The following must be noted: The panel will monitorthis recruitment pool for applications and will assess on aregular basis. Interviews may not beconducted as part of the process, but applicants may becontacted if additional information is required. Referees will becontacted as part of the assessment process. If you are successful tothe pool, you will be considered for all suitable vacanciesacross hospitals and health services in the 7 WACHS regions forthe duration of the pool without having to re-apply for eachindividual position. You will be able to indicate your regionalpreferences and availability for positions. To be considered for this role the followingfour (4) job requirements listed below must be provided in supportof your job application: Evidence of an Australianspeech pathology qualification, or evidence of eligibility forfull membership with Speech Pathology Australia, or evidenceconfirming enrolment in the final semester ofuniversity. A comprehensive CV thatsummarises your experience and professionalqualifications. A statement of 2-3 pagesaddressing the essential selection criteria, with examples todemonstrate your skills and experience. The essential selectioncriteria are listed on the final page of the attached JobDescription Form. The names and contactdetails of two (2) recent professional referees. It ispreferable for one to be your current supervisor ormanager. Successful applicants will be requiredto: Provide evidence of anAustralian speech pathology qualification, or evidence ofeligibility for full membership with Speech PathologyAustralia, or evidence confirming enrolment in the finalsemester of university. Provide evidence of theirAustralian citizenship or permanent residency to be consideredfor a permanent position in the WA public sector Undertake criminalrecords screening and integrity checks; this may also includereferees commenting on your integrity and past demonstrationofethical behaviour Completion of asatisfactory Pre-Employment Health Assessment (PEHA) andWorking With Children’s Check (WA WWC Check).
