Australian Concert & Entertainment Security – Sydney NSW ACESGroup is seeking experienced, professional security officers to join our team, providing visible, proactive security at high‑profile Sydney universities and public precincts. In this role, you’ll play a key part in creating a safe and welcoming environment, combining foot and vehicle patrols with first‑response duties to ensure people, assets, and operations are protected. This is an active, hands‑on role, ideal for those who enjoy being on their feet and engaged across diverse sites, working a 24/7 rotating roster that includes days, nights, weekends, and public holidays. Key Responsibilities Provide a visible and professional security presence at your assigned site. Conduct proactive foot and vehicle patrols to protect people, assets, and property. Monitor behaviour, enforce site regulations, and maintain a safe environment. Respond to incidents as a first responder, escalating and reporting as required. Manage access control, entry points, and maintain accurate security records. Essential Criteria A valid NSW 1A Security Licence (minimum 12 months experience preferred). Current First Aid and CPR certification. Full NSW Driver’s Licence. NSW RSA competency card. Additional certifications (or willingness to obtain): SEINS, Traffic Control, White Card, Fire Warden.
