The successful candidate will manage terminal activities, ensuring smooth road transport operations while also maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily terminal operations and oversee staff scheduling.
Ensure seamless coordination of rail and road transport systems.
Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Monitor team performance and ensure consistent output by providing necessary coverage and support.
Provide training and mentorship to terminal staff on company procedures and industry best practices.
Partner with other departments to streamline processes and resolve operational issues.
Deliver outstanding customer service through direct interaction and effective resolution of customer concerns.
Qualifications and Skills:
Demonstrated experience in terminal or logistics management.
Strong leadership capabilities with excellent supervisory experience.
