For further details, please visit our website at About the role Due to continual growth within our company, we are currently looking for a Production Estimator with sound knowledge in Estimating to join our dynamic team on a full time basis. Reporting directly to the Estimating, Purchasing & Drafting Manager, the successful applicant will join a hard working team with a strong commitment to providing quality service. Key responsibilities Ensure relationships with internal and external customers, supervisors, suppliers, trades people, agents and contractors are maintained and improved Produce Purchase / Work orders and quantity take-offs in a timely manner Provide margin reports Request and interpret quotations Ensure jobs are cost effective and profitable Assist in workflow of jobs in production Qualifications / Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience in an estimating role Previous experience within the volume home building industry is preferred Qualification in Building / Construction and/or trade experience is highly desirable Working knowledge of the Building and Construction process Exposure to estimating systems including DataBuild is highly advantageous Ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines Self-motivated and desire to succeed Strong work ethic and attention to detail Exceptional time management skills Ability to solve problems in a logical and systematic manner What we offer Supportive workplace culture Attractive remuneration package relevant to experience and ability Opportunity to be a part of a growing business and contribute to its future growth Please note, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
