What this opportunity involves Are you a Yardi systems expert with a passion for driving seamless technology transitions? JLL is seeking an experienced Yardi Transition Specialist to join our dynamic team in either Melbourne or Sydney. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead system implementations and optimise property management operations across our Australian portfolio. As a Yardi Transition Specialist, you will serve as the primary liaison between JLL users and our technology partners, ensuring smooth system transitions and maximising operational efficiency. You will leverage your deep Yardi expertise to support our lease management, property finance and accounting operations whilst driving continuous process improvements. Please note: this position is a fixed-term 15 month position. An overview of the role Lead Yardi system transitions, configurations and implementations across multiple properties Act as the subject matter expert for Yardi Core Property Manager, Lease Management and Property Finance modules Gather and document business requirements for system enhancements, integrations and new module deployments Analyse existing workflows and recommend improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy Support system upgrades, testing phases and troubleshooting in collaboration with our technology partners and vendors Develop comprehensive user guides, training materials and facilitate workshops for end users Collaborate with stakeholders across property management, finance and operations teams to ensure system alignment with business objectives Sound like you?
