Job Description About the Role As a Customer Experience Consultant , you’ll be the first point of contact for internal enquiries from our STARS Hospital client base, ensuring smooth communication and timely support for maintenance and service requests. Your responsibilities will include: Managing client enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions Logging service requests and coordinating urgent breakdowns with the operations team Reception duties: welcoming visitors, signing in contractors, and managing inductions Handling access passes, keys, and deliveries Assisting with monthly and quarterly performance reporting Raising purchase orders and supporting ad-hoc administrative tasks About You We’re looking for someone who is: Organised and detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills Customer-focused and confident with their verbal & written communication skills Experienced in administration (preferred, but not essential) Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems Why Join Us?
