Please find the job description below Desired Competencies: SAP GRC Implementation: Design, configure, and implement SAP GRC modules like Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management. SAP IDM Implementation: Automate user provisioning and de-provisioning for new hires and role changes to grant access quickly. Role and Access Management: Create and manage secure user roles for SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments, including Fiori and HANA roles. Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, analyze and mitigate security risks, and perform regular user access reviews. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations like SOX by implementing and managing GRC policies and procedures. Auditing: Support internal and external audits by providing access reviews, audit logs, and security documentation. Technical Support: Troubleshoot issues related to authorization, security, and GRC implementation, and collaborating with other technical and functional teams. Training: Train end-users on SAP security best practices and GRC applications. Good-to-Have skills: Communication: Excellent client‑fac‑ing and communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. Problem‑Solving: Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Business Acumen: Deep knowledge of utility‑specific business processes, particularly in electricity and gas domains. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills are crucial for interacting with stakeholders and troubleshooting complex issues.
