RPS, a Tetra Tech company, is seeking defence digital professionals with strong interpersonal and technical skills. The roles are full-time permanent roles and will support our clients and teams in planning and delivery major, complex defence digital projects.Core skillsets that we are seeking are: project management, systems engineering and integration.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide project management, systems engineering or data integration for large defence projects and programs Develop and maintain relationships with new clients and enhance existing relationships with both internal and external clients Strong communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner Lead the delivery of projects to optimise time, cost and quality outcomes Strong interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently through unstructured tasks About You3-20 years experience Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent experience/training Project management training or qualification desirable Able to successfully obtain and maintain a minimum Australian Government Baseline NV1 Security Clearance Prior experience working with on defence digital projects is highly regarded Strong team player who enjoys working in a team environment.
