Macintyre Hot Bread, an award-winning bakery in Inverell NSW known for delivering quality products to our community, is looking for a Bakery Shop Assistant to join our team. About the Role: Work hours includes 5am starts. 30 - 40 hours a week. Work days and role: Monday to Friday, including a Saturday rotation. Barista, customer service, salad bar service, salad preparation, stock rotation, order packing, packing away stock, food preparation, general bakery duties, cleaning, coffee van operations. Includes 1 meal and 1 drink each shift. Enjoy the best end‑of‑year team parties with a team that knows how to celebrate hard work. We are looking for someone who: Is reliable and committed. Is team‑oriented, professional, and punctual. Has a can‑do attitude and is ready to learn and grow. Is passionate about their work. Wants to push further and work hard to develop their skills.
