Your Impact As an Occupational Therapist you operate within our therapy team, working with participants in their home or community environment, assisting them to reach their full potential. You provide quality therapeutic interventions to adequately support the individuals therapy program. Our therapy team is well known for the high-quality service, experience and individualised care which they provide. The team has a wide range of backgrounds and experience, all brought together by the common goal and passion for achieving best outcomes for our clients. Support Provided Our team is very experienced across the varying services which we provide, and are invested in supporting your career development. We have an established Career Support Pathway in place to guide you to excel in your role, and with opportunities to grow into future specialty roles. Whilst this support program is structured, we have maintained flexibility so that it can be individualised by need, and areas of interest. Ultimately, our organisation is owned and led by therapists who are invested in the services provided, and hence we are invested in supporting and developing the therapists in the team. Our focus is on clinical outcomes and development over KPIs, and so we are focussed on developing long term relationships with our service users and therapists About You We are looking for a self‑motivated Occupational Therapist. You would describe yourself as compassionate, dedicated and caring, with the ability to build strong rapport with clients of all abilities. You are adept at communicating, and work successfully with individuals to implement and review therapy plans. You apply an innovative approach to problem solving. You are an organized individual who can handle complexity and multiple priorities. What we offer? State of the art resources – We have worked hard to ensure our team has access to state of the art resources, training facilities and smart digital tools. Our Solutions Centre is designed to support you in the work that you are doing, and also provides opportunities for training and hands‑on practice opportunities to keep your skills current. We also invest in smart digital tools to help you work efficiently – including a recent roll out of a client‑centred AI platform which streamlines indirect work, reduces the admin load and gives you more time in your day to focus on what matters most: client care. Financial – Working for OT Services Group means receiving competitive remuneration, a mileage allowance, access to a commission scheme once your caseload is established, and free onsite parking. Career Development – Our organisation has remained OT specific which means we have established specialty services and offer opportunities to work alongside OTs working in advanced areas of practice. These OTs are experienced in their field of practice and can support you to adopt a specialty occupational therapy role if desired You will receive regular and individualised supervision from experienced occupational therapists across a range of areas. Equipment & Flexibility – We provide each therapist with compressive resources to support efficiency in the home, community and workplace. We also provide options to work from home (hybrid) or access additional leave. The technical bits This position is available full‑time or part‑time, based from our Bentley or Malaga clinics with services provided primarily to NDIS, My Aged Care and DVA participants in their home or out in the community. There is opportunity to progress into supporting our Specialised Services – supporting our Driving Services or Complex Home Modification Services. You will be required to provide a current Police Clearance & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance. A Drivers Licence and your own vehicle is essential.
