Humanities and Religious Education Secondary Teacher St Francis Catholic College is a co‑educational, multi‑campus secondary school governed by Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Limited. Position Humanities and Religious Education Teacher – Full‑time ongoing position, commencing in 2026, based at the Melton Campus. Job Description Strong interpersonal skills in relating to staff, students, parents, guardians, support groups and the wider community. Highly developed communication, planning, decision‑making and negotiation skills. Appropriate expertise and experience in teaching and learning. Experience in leading best practice in the management of people and resources. Ability to build capacity in others. Skills and Experience Required Bachelor of Education or relevant tertiary qualification. Strong commitment to Catholic education. Ability to develop and maintain professional and caring relationships with students, parents and colleagues. Ability to create an engaging, educational and challenging learning environment that caters for all students. Eagerness to learn and enthusiasm to implement a differentiated curriculum and use modern technology to support student learning. Special Requirements Understanding and commitment to providing a safe environment for children. Hold Victorian Institute of Teaching registration.
