We are proud to offer an Australian made product that is highly sought after. We're looking for an assembly and repair worker. Full Time or Part Time is fine for us, but we will start things off as casual to ensure a good fit. The role involves conducting the physical assembly, manufacturing and production of products, including both generic and customised variants. This includes assembly around circuit boards, cabling, housings and testing. On the repairs side, you will assess, test and repair equipment. The nature of the work means that we are often making modifications for individual clients so flexibility is essential. On some tasks you will be working under direction and on others highly independently, we are looking for someone who excels in both situations. You will learn a lot of new information very quickly, and who is also able to think on their feet and improvise is important. Changing demands mean that we pivot between projects quickly. In all tasks attention to detail is essential. Prior experience with lighting is not crucial – we are looking for someone who has a passion for electronics and getting into the nuts and bolts, literally.
