Ambu is looking for a Commercial Excellence Finance Business Partner to join the Finance department in Ballerup, Denmark and seize the unique possibility to partner with commercial leaders in driving profitable growth and setting the commercial agenda. Key Responsibilities Partner with Commercial Excellence on strategic initiatives such as segmentation & targeting, launch excellence, pricing excellence and CRM optimization. Collaborate with commercial stakeholders and corporate business intelligence to strengthen business insights and establish commercial and competitor intelligence. Lead and contribute to projects that improve commercial and financial planning, as well as performance management. Support the execution of the commercial roadmap in close alignment with key teams. Participate in corporate reporting processes, ensuring transparency in commercial drivers and financial outcomes. Candidate Profile Strong analytical skills and a passion for turning data into actionable insights, developed through professional experience, education, or other relevant paths, supported by 2-4 years of experience in a similar role. Demonstrated ability to engage, connect, and build strong relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence, underpinned by a solid commercial understanding and previous experience in driving business impact. Proven track record of managing multiple cross‑functional projects effectively. Highly effective communicator, fluent in English both orally and in writing, with confidence in presenting recommendations to senior leadership. Background in finance, commercial excellence, sales operations, marketing, or reporting & analytics is an advantage. Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI and CRM platforms like Salesforce.com is a plus but not required. A strong interest in these tools and eagerness to develop skills to a proficient level is essential. Why Join Us?
