Manufacturing Operator at Mondelēz International Job Description You independently operate and maintain at least one process or equipment or system following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs. How You Will Contribute Operate and maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. Execute all standard work processes using AM and PM (progressive maintenance standards). Observe safety processes and perform quality assurance activities. Take an active role in shutdown maintenance, root‑cause analysis, stop reductions, loss analysis and breakdown elimination. What You Will Bring Experience in machine operations and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) tools. Knowledge of safety and quality standards for operating machinery. Reading and writing skills and fluently conversant in the site language. Collaboration ability in a diverse work environment. Understanding of TPM tools and methodologies. Work Information Monday – Friday, Night Shift, Full Time, Regular Manufacturing core.
