Disability Support Worker (Day and Non-active sleepover shifts) Holistic Futures is an experienced NDIS registered service provider that supports people with a disability throughout Victoria. At Holistic Futures we chose to focus on the strengths and abilities of individuals and use these as a foundation to tailor individualised care and support plans. Taking an individualised approach to our programs allow us to be adaptable, up to date and unique. Our vision is for people to be seen for their strength and abilities not their disability. About the role: We have multiple opportunities for new employees to join our team. We are looking for support workers who are flexible, have a range of availability and who have a passion for supporting a range of individuals. We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Support Worker to provide high quality, person-centred support to a female participant living with an acquired brain injury. We are looking for staff who can do Non active sleepover shifts, from 3 or 4pm to 8 or 9am. Day shifts - 8:00am to 4:00pm (including weekends). We require commitment of at least 3 shifts per week. Your duties will include: Personal care Enteral feeding (PEG) skills preferable but not essential Willingness to be trained in providing higher level medical care Domestic duties such as vacuuming, laundry and general cleaning. Mandatory Checks and Licenses NDIS Worker Check Working with Children Check Drivers License First Aid Certificate Evidence of Covid vaccination certificate Two professional references Right to work in Australia Cert IV in Disability or a relevant qualification and/or equivalent experience If you do not hold the above qualifications and still have a passion for working in this sector, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
