APMG Services is a leading provider of property maintenance, multi-trade works and facilities support across Melbourne. Based in Chirnside Park and rapidly growing business services a broad network of clients across Childcare, Aged Care, Commercial, Council and Education sectors. We are expanding and seeking a new team member to join our North-Western Melbourne office , overseeing and supporting all client sites across the surrounding area. About the Role This combined Handyman & Grounds Maintenance position involves carrying out general site upkeep duties and external grounds care. You’ll be working in multiple client sites representing APMG. Key Responsibilities Carry out general building and grounds maintenance across client sites Complete external upkeep including mowing, edging, pruning, weeding and debris removal Safely operate and maintain equipment and tools Coordinating the timely receipt of materials and deliveries to site Identify and report any hazards or site issues to the supervisor/service manager. Follow scheduled work plans and complete tasks within allocated timeframes Represent APMG professionally when interacting with site staff at all times Adhere to safety procedures, PPE requirements and site access rules Required Skills and Experience Previous experience in Handyman, Grounds Maintenance, Landscaping, Building Maintenance or similar roles Ability to work safely with hand tools, power tools and grounds equipment Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently across multiple sites Current Australian driver’s licence, WWCC and White Card Hold a valid police clearance (willing to obtain) What We Offer Company vehicle will be provided for attending and servicing client sites A stable, long-term career opportunity with a growing Australian business Supportive, family-oriented culture where your contribution is valued How to Apply If this role sounds like the challenge you’ve been looking for, we’d love to meet you.
