Your Impact As a Senior Educator , you will collaborate with your team to observe, inform, and enhance our educational programs, ensuring safety and inclusivity for all children. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and staff. Lead a classroom effectively, engaging with educators, families, and children to implement educational programs. Utilize the Goodstart Practice Guide to deliver high-quality education in collaboration with the Education Leader. Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart policies. Contribute positively to centre and business plans.
