Retail Training Manager – Remote NT & QLD | Brisbane, Australia Lead retail training in remote NT & QLD. Live in community, support local teams, and build capability while making real community impact. Take your retail leadership career into remote Australia and make a genuine difference. This role is based full‑time in remote Indigenous communities, with ongoing travel across the Northern Territory and Far North Queensland. You’ll live and work in community, providing hands‑on training and leadership development to Store, Duty and Relief Managers, strengthening capability, and supporting day‑to‑day retail operations where needed. What You’ll Be Doing Living and working in community while supporting multiple remote stores Developing and upskilling retail leaders across remote NT & QLD Delivering training across leadership, operations, merchandising, compliance and service Providing short‑term management coverage during vacancies or leave Lifting operational standards and ensuring consistency across stores Building capability through respectful, culturally grounded, community‑focused training Supporting long‑term employment pathways for local Indigenous team members What Makes You a Great Fit Background in retail management, multi‑site leadership, training or store operations Confident coaching leaders at different levels of experience Adaptable, resilient and excited by the idea of living in remote communities Passionate about supporting First Nations communities and culturally respectful work Comfortable travelling regularly between communities Full Australian working rights (unfortunately this role does not support visa sponsorship) About the Organisation You’ll join a large, purpose‑driven First Nations corporation that operates community stores and essential services across remote Australia.
