Wizard Pharmacy Joondalup Central, is eager to include an experienced full time Dispensary Technician into our dynamic and innovative team. The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting the Pharmacist with dispensary procedures as well as providing support to the schedules counter team members.

Your duties will include:

Working closely with the Pharmacist and other team members is important and you should be able to follow their instructions, whilst communicating clearly.
Prescription medicines must be dispensed with accuracy and attention to detail. Always reviewing the patient’s records is required.
Webster packing duties will be required and prior experience would be an advantage.
Stock management and marking off orders with accuracy, whilst ensuring that the invoice details are correct and addressing any errors immediately will be required.
Programs like MedAdvisor and other programs or products, that the pharmacy is committed to will require your commitment also.

Selection Criteria:

This is a Full Time position.
Be highly organised with the ability to prioritise your work load and always working with a positive attitude is important.
Familiarity with DispenseWorks would be an advantage.
Friendly and happy personality is always a must.
S2/S3 certificate required. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional and career driven Dispensary Assistant. The position is available for an immediate start for the right candidate.

Working within this role it is paramount that you possess extreme attention to detail; you are always mindful of your surroundings and are capable of maintaining exceptional customer service standards. It is essential that you be able to manage a busy dispensary and be familiar with PBS requirements as well as ordering processes. Our ideal candidate will have a proven ability to work effectively under pressure.
