5 Day Full Time Nanny in Mosman

A professional and down to earth family in Mosman, Sydney are seeking an experienced nanny with great communication skills to assist in the care of their 3 years old son, and with helping with the younger son aged 13 months from time to time. The youngest son is normally cared for by the grandmother. The normal days are: 5 days per week, 36 hours Monday: 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm Tuesday: 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm Thursday: 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm Friday: 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm An ideal nanny would be nurturing, caring, warm and reliable, with a passion to encourage children to learn and engage in fun activities. From 2pm to 6.30pm, the nanny will be preparing afternoon snacks, and engaging the child in age appropriate activities. The family use a meal prep service so dinner will need to be heated up. From 6.30pm when Mum arrives home the nanny will help with the bed / bath routine and to assist with tidying up before leaving at 8pm. A full drivers license is required and you will have the use of the family’s medium sized SUV when driving with the children. The carers responsibilities for this role will be as follows: Follow the children’s routine Play and engage in age appropriate activities to assist in the children’s development General tidying up after the children and light household chores The family’s expectations from their nanny are: 2+ years of experience as a nanny or working in child care A child care qualification is preferred but not essential if the nanny has many years experience To be able to swim as the family have a swimming pool Have a current first aid certificate (or happy to obtain one) Have a current Working With Children’s Check Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is a bonus but is not a necessity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
