From our two facilities in Canning Vale, which are only 5 minutes apart, we can collaborate, conceive, test and bring ideas into reality faster than any other competitor on the market.The PositionDue to ongoing growth across the business and an increase in workload, we are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join the Software team.Role• Assist in the coordination of Agile activities amongst multiple teams.• Coach/Train of Agile methodologies amongst the software team members.• Assist the Team Leaders and Department Head within Software with sprint planning and project management.• Liaise with a variety of internal stakeholders for both scope gathering and feedback purposes.• Produce documentation and metrics on product completion progress.• Manage expectations to stakeholders.• Collaborate with the Team to ensure delivery.Requirements• Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban.• Experience with software packages such as Jira and Teams Planner.• Experience with data driven decisions.Role Type#J-18808-Ljbffr
