B1 / B2 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) or (AME) ASL Airlines Australia is seeking either a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) or Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) to join our Melbourne Line Maintenance Department. ASLA currently operates an all jet engine fleet, including the B737-800 and flexible passenger and cargo variants of the BAe146. Potential type training provided. This role will initially specialise in BAe 146. Ongoing training and development for the right applicant. BAe 146 and 737NG type rating a considerable advantage. Qualifications & experience Experienced B2 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with a sound knowledge of the Civil Aviation Regulations. Documentation, certificates and training evidence in accordance with CASA regulations. Tasks & responsibilities Perform inspection, rectification, maintenance, and certification on Pionair aircraft and equipment, as per manufacturer’s and company’s specifications to a very high standard. Provide positive and supportive supervision of staff under your direct control. Ensure timely and correct certification of all work carried out. Comply with company Safety Management System.
