Assistant Inventory Controller

A great entry-level opportunity to start your career in warehousing & inventory Nu-Pure Beverages is seeking a motivated Assistant Inventory Controller to join our Horsley Park manufacturing site. This is an ideal opportunity for a school leaver or early-career candidate looking to build a long-term career in warehousing, inventory control or supply chain. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll receive hands‑on training, structured support and the opportunity to as part of your development.
About the role
In this role, you'll support the day‑to‑day administration and movement of stock across our warehouse and manufacturing operations. Working closely with the Warehouse, Production and Purchasing teams, you'll learn how inventory is managed in a fast‑paced FMCG environment while developing practical, transferable skills. No prior experience is required — just a willingness to learn, strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Key responsibilities
Assist with receipting and reconciliation of incoming stock (raw materials, finished goods and returns) Support daily and periodic stock counts to maintain inventory accuracy Help ensure stock is correctly staged for production runs Update inventory movements and records in warehouse and inventory systems Liaise with warehouse and production teams regarding stock movements Assist with managing damaged or non‑conforming stock in line with internal processes Follow all Workplace Health & Safety, Quality, HACCP and GMP requirements What we're looking for Just finished school or early in their career Interested in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or supply chain Reliable, organised and detail‑focused Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Able to communicate clearly and work well in a team Willing to learn and take direction Qualifications & experience No formal qualifications required No prior warehouse or inventory experience required — training provided Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems essential What we offer Full on‑the‑job training and mentoring Exposure to a national FMCG manufacturing environment Supportive team and structured development pathway Onsite role at our Horsley Park facility About Nu‑Pure Nu‑Pure Beverages is a proudly Australian, family‑owned business with manufacturing and distribution sites across the country.
