Responsibilities Primary responsibility is to work with SME for Network End point connectivity under Telecoms and drive LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi transformation along with Cyber and other Telecom platforms. SPOC for LAN/WAN and SDWAN technology driving design and responsible for end‑to‑end implementation. Execution of production support, creating a knowledge base, and producing relevant data for trending and analysis. Technical delivery of projects by providing guidance to project teams and acting as a subject matter expert for the technology. Collaboration with group Telecom teams, team leaders, and managers to understand scope, format, and expectations; liaison with other technology teams for support. Identification of service delivery issues (SLA slippages, quality, etc.), post‑implementation issues, escalations, and facilitation of timely, successful closure with action plans. Organization and leadership of meetings with regional teams for development or support of deliverables; participation in crisis calls and global support calls. Risk mitigation and record‑keeping to ensure minimal or no impact on project deliveries; evaluation and tracking of operational risk and contingency planning. Ensuring service resilience, sustainability, and recovery time objectives are met for all delivered solutions. Vendor engagement and continuous improvement, enhancements, strategy, and roadmap development for the NEC. Qualifications Overall 8+ years of experience in the Network domain. A system‑engineering background with the ability to compare different solutions to meet business requirements. Conceptual, functional, and non‑functional knowledge of network technologies, SDWAN, WAN/LAN, Wi‑Fi, Cloud, and Automation (CI/CD); experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible; hands‑on experience with LAN/WAN and Wi‑Fi (preferably Juniper Mist); cloud platform experience (preferably AWS) and automation (Ansible/Python); familiarity with network security (firewall, IDS/IPS, DDoS, proxy). Strong communication and presentation skills, able to effectively interact with stakeholders and external vendors. Solid experience collaborating with business units and functions. Strong team player who can work under pressure independently and proactively. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication skills, able to describe complex technical scenarios concisely in both verbal and written forms and tailor content to the audience. Proven experience managing and building relationships with business partners and support teams. Experience in an infrastructure‑critical environment, understanding how technology adds value to business and the end customer. Industry standard certifications preferred (e.g., CCNP). Good To Have Technical skills (core & top‑up). Experience with SDWAN, WAN/LAN, Wi‑Fi, Cloud, Automation (CI/CD) and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
