Responsibilities Tax Compliance: Prepare and review tax returns and financial statements for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships. Client Advisory: Manage direct client relationships and provide tailored tax and business advice. Team Support: Mentor and review the work of junior staff in a supportive, low‑pressure capacity. Tax Planning: Contribute to planning and structuring strategies for small to mid‑sized business clients. What We're Looking For Full CPA or CA qualification (or equivalent) – essential. Minimum 4 years' experience in Australian public practice. Strong technical knowledge of Australian taxation and compliance. Proven ability to manage client relationships independently. Clear and confident communication skills. Detail‑oriented, ethical, and comfortable working without close supervision. A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a small, engaged team.
