The role As a Store Allrounder your key responsibilities will be: Take customer orders face to face or over the phone and process them through the point of sale (POS) system. Operate front end loaders and forklifts in the sales yard to load trucks. Drive a medium and/or heavy rigid truck to delivery customer orders. Provide great customer service. Maintain store, sales yard and truck presentation & cleanliness. Hours of the role The Thomastown store is open Monday to Saturday. No shift or public holiday work. Skills & experience The successful applicant will be someone who: Holds a current MR or HR license with a safe driving record (clean driving record for the last 2 years). Must have previous truck driving experience. Can form friendly and positive customer relationships. Comfortable using computers and willing to learn new computer systems. Competencies and experience operating a forklift and/or front-end loader advantageous. Otherwise, must be willing to learn.
